This bra completely ruined it by using a compressive elastic band that wraps around your rib cage. It compresses my rib cage, making it difficult to breathe. The rest of the bra is fantastic. The fabric is very soft and the fit is low impact and comfortable around the br@#$sts. The straps don’t dig in and are also quite comfortable. Why they would design a low impact, soft comfortable bra, then add high compression in the band around the ribs completely boggles my mind. A bra should be high compression and tight or it shouldn’t. No part of a comfortable low impact bra should compress part of your body and constrict your breathing. If they removed the high compression elastic band I’d give this 5 stars. By way of background, I’m 5’4”, 105 lbs., my chest is 32A, and I purchased the bra size Small. Because of my cup size, generally I don’t need much support, and tend to prefer non-compressive, comfortable bras. Based on the bra’s description, I thought this would fit the bill. It didn’t.

My favorite bralette is the Yummie Claudette, which has been discontinued. I’ve long been searching for a replacement and have finally found it. The Butter Bralette has clean simple lines, and silky lightweight fabric that gives some support. I’ve ordered several more in different colors.

Snipped off the tag, then noticed it already had a snag on the fabric, couldn’t return it. For the price, that’s a big bummer. The side rauching is an odd choice too. Makes it feel like a first bra type deal. Also bought the Butter Hipster underwear which is sublime. Wish the bra was as good as the underwear.

I recently discovered the commando brand and have fallen in love with the quality and comfort! I have been so impressed with their bras that I have bought four in the past two months. This particular bra is soft and has a barely there feel, I could not recommend it more. Commando also has great customer service, so overall you can’t go wrong!

I was looking for a buttery soft bralette I could wear under anything, and this is it! Feels like the softest sports bra ever, but with regular bra straps. My only regret is buying a small – I was in between sizes and should have erred on the side of a medium, because the band is a bit tight. I think the fabric will allow nipples to show if you’re cold and wearing a thin shirt, so bear that in mind.

The bralette is very soft. It was considered that being a size C, it would not hold the sides , but in fact it does. Looks good with a tee-shirt that I ordered another one in a different color. Very happy with my purchases.

I have this in nude, and I can’t find a flaw. Although it does have some tension in the bottom band, it’s not irritating until the very end of the day. Happily, it does not cause the dreaded roll on my back flesh. I have another bra from Commando that is slightly padded for anything when my nippies might show, but this is great for anything from exercise to the work day.
