I really like this shoe. My only issue is with sizing. I would size up, because kids grow so fast and if these are too tight, they will leave blisters on your little ones feet! Other than that, my two kids love using these shoes, especially on swim days!

My son loves these shoes, and more importantly, so do I. They make his feet sweat and dirt does get in easily so his feet come out looking terribly dirty sometimes. Children are, however, washable, so I don’t really care. What is amazing to me is that his feet do not smell after he wears them. This child has the most epically stinky feet and can ruin the smell of a shoe in under a week, but these do not smell. At all. He has had them for 3 months, and nothing. I can even let the shoes be in the house after a day of play. For that, I want to hug the person who invented them, and I have ordered a pair for my 5-year-old, who has also inherited the nasty foot gene.

I was so amped to buy these for my nephew and when he got them, he immediately facetimed me to say how excited he was! My sister keeps saying that he always looks in his closet at night to make sure the ‘glow still works’– it does! haha! These are perfect for summertime….they’re safer for active kids than flip-flops but they’re far more breathable than sneakers.

I just took these out of the box and they are at least a size big! Thankfully it’s not warm enough yet to wear them anyway so maybe they’ll fit better in a few months.

Listen to reviews and size down one size!! I did and they are great. Still a bit big but room to grow for spring and summer and into fall here in the south. LOVE!

I’ve bought 3 pairs of these for my kids for the past 5 years. Hands down THE best summer shoes for kids. But actually for adults too! My husband wanted some and he loves them. My only suggestion to everyone is to NOT leave them out in the sun, we’ve had a couple pairs shrink.

My boys love these shoes! They are perfect for summer and so easy to clean. My oldest who has a more narrow foot (size 4 1/2) did have to go down to the 4 because the 5 was slipping off too easily. Love these shoes!

These are the best shoes for kids! The only thing is finding out which size works best to get started. I find their terminology a little confusing. but for reference my one year-old grandson wears a six and will grow into a seven

Great product! I read other reviews and decided to size down instead of sizing up and I’m glad I did! My son feet fit perfectly! With that being said”he does have rather fat feet”! So the width was perfect, but if your child has very narrow feet then I could see there being a problem with the overall fit!

My son loves these but after wearing once they shrunk after being left on the porch. This happens every summer and I’m going to stop buying due to this problem. We know this happens to Natives but we can’t seem to remember to bring them inside since we take our shoes off outside before entering our home. It’s a huge downside to this shoe.

I’m not gonna lie, I was totally over plastic shoes until I found these. My southern besties kids live in these but I wondered how they would hold up in the north woods of Minnesota, hiking, biking, laking, playground……AWESOME! My son is obsessed. They’re so easy to clean: in the sink one minute and on his feet out playing again the next. We bought loafer socks for them because he doesn’t like the feel of sand between his toes….we need to get out more. Theses shoes are great and we will keep buying as long as he keeps wearing.

My daughter has worn only these for 6 years. THey are THE BEST. She usually wears a 3 and her Natives are a 2. They can feel stiff at first but once you break them in they are perfect. I also throw them in the wash when they get dirty, or handwash them with dishsoap and they are good as new (if they get dirty). Buy these! (not a sponsored post)

These are our go to summer shoes. My kids wear them everywhere all summer. Comfortable and versatile! Super easy to clean. This was my son’s 3rd pair/ 3rd summer in Natives!

These shoes are the best! My kids live in them during the summer. Easy to slip on and off. Easy to clean.

I finally decided to get these for our kids. Sizing was what they normally wear. Definitely takes a little bit to break in. We took them to Disney and realized you can’t do a lot of walking in them. My oldest complains that they hurt occasionally. Overall, pleased with product.

So I read all the reviews stating that we should order a full size smaller…welp, shouldn’t have listened. My son has gigantic feet, but has never worn Natives before so I wasn’t sure what size to get. his measurements said “3’s” but if they were truly sized larger, then I would need a “2”. I ordered a size 2 and I am now returning them for a size 3. My son has thick feet, hes 5.5yrs and wears a size 2 in Nikes, and his foot measures 8.5 inches long. Hope this helps anyone else that has a child with enormous feet!

Great shoes. . .sizing for big kids is a mess. . .it would be nice if they just converted to normal shoe sizes

We initially went with recommended down size and had to return and go with up size.

These fit slightly narrow. Better for a thinner foot but they are our go to shoe for summer. Perfect for water play, indoor ply outdoor ply, whatever! Easy to clean and easy for kids to put on and take off

These shoes are the best. They hold up for my kids all season and would last longer if there get didn’t grow so fast! They are a bit narrow but my kids have average size feet and these work well

You gotta love Natives! They’re great all-purpose shoes. They make awesome shoes for water hikes, sports, and parks, and they’re also great to throw on when you’re running out the door. Comfortable, good quality, and versatile. . . what’s not to love?

I bought these for my 9 year old son, when the strap on his Crocs snapped. I was looking for a play shoe that was still easy to get in/out of, but that might hold up a little better to heavy play and running. These were perfect and he loves them. I like the style better than the Crocs, though the latter are easier to slip on and off. As for sizing, he was wearing a size 6 (Men’s 6, Women’s 8) in the Crocs, but I bought the Natives in a 5 after reading the reviews. Granted the Crocs were VERY roomy, but the 5 is perfect for him; I suspect the 6 would’ve slipped a lot, which is tolerable for a clog that’s meant to be a loose-fitting shoe. Another point of reference in case it helps anyone: I wear a 7.5-8 (women’s), the Crocs size 8 (Women’s; size 6 in Men’s) is perfect for me, but the 5 in the Natives is just a little too snug for my foot.

we absolutely love these shoes and have bought a new size (usually multiple pairs a summer) for the last 7 years. they hold up so well (with heavy use!) that we pass them to a younger sibling and they look great. use a magic eraser to clean them up like new!
Lerffc –
The go-to easy shoe for the summer. Can get wet and be easily cleaned. The colors are vibrant and the shoes are comfortable and easy for children to put on.

My six year old loves these. Natives run a full size bigger than regular sneakers, so while he wears a 12 in his Nikes, his natives are a size 11. Great for water play, beach shoes, and hanging out. I generally wouldn’t recommend for super active play.
