Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your urban essentials to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note for International Customers: We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from your Wardrobe Layers order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our easy return process works:

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hosiery and Tights with opened packaging
  • Baby One Pieces without the original hygiene seal

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include all tags and any free gifts that came with the order.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your return package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until we receive it.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take additional processing time depending on your bank.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the new size
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

For color/style exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees/duties
  • Marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
